“Building Resilience through Mindfulness Practice”
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can broaden our capacity for resilience and enhance our overall wellbeing. During this session, participants will learn realistic and accessible mindfulness practices to build resilience and prepare for life’s inevitable stressors. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience a brief guided meditation incorporating essential oil.
